Terms and Fees for Vendors
- All products must be grown, made or added value to by the vendor within 150 miles from the market
- Vendors assume all responsibility to obtain any permits or licenses that are required by federal, state, county and city.
- Vendors assume all responsibility for labeling cottage food products in accordance with state regulations.
- Vendors assume all responsibility for the temperature control of products.
- For each vendor space there’s a fee of $35/day. Fees due the Wednesday before each market and are non-refundable.
- If vendor fails to communicate within 6 weeks they forfeit their spot.
- Set up may begin 1-2 hours before start of market and vendors must stay until the closing of the market. It is the responsibility of the vendor to clean up their vendor space.
